In Brittany, 70 restaurant owners adhere to the
label “Restaurant du Terroir" (Restaurant of the Soil) which
answers a Quality Charter. They are controlled by independent
auditors and work with the local and regional producers.
This regional label guarantees the quality of the Breton
restaurant owners’s table. "Plus" in your meal: products stemmed
from authentic know-how, bought directly at the local producers.
